It's Your Plane (IYP)
does a lot more than simply letting you TALK to your flight simulator via the Microsoft Speech SDK. Checklists:

Robert BINGO. It has been a pleasure to carry out a few checks which have led to the XP system now performing
flawlessly in "my world". Michelle now manages to cut my cockpit workload significantly - especially from cold and dark.
