For those of you who couldn’t make it this year, this is an annual event that began in 1999 and has rapidly become a must-visit event for many Simmers worldwide.
It was held in the National Aviation Theme Park Aviodrome at Lelystad in the Netherlands (one hour from Amsterdam), and IYP was one of the more than 350 international groups who demonstrated and sold every conceivable product to do with flight simulation.
It is estimated that about 3,000 flight simulation devotees from Europe, UK, Australia, North America, South America, etc. attended this year’s event.
The latest version of IYP now includes an interface for the PMDG 737-600/700 aircraft for FS9 (2004), and development of the interface for the Level-D aircraft is underway.
