I'm extremely pleased to see that more and more IYP users are discovering the enjoyment of flying with other IYPers. There are weekly Fly-Ins and Fly-Outs that are sponsored by different IYP members.

Hi everyone and welcome to the fact finding of the cross Canada tour. This adventure will be built with the input of suggestions from everyone in order to make this a successful and interesting journey.

A few ideas for this journey that I envision are:

• a fly-in to Victoria, British Columbia to start the tour from any where you would like using any aircraft;
  
  
• flights through the Rockies to build on skills by flying in narrow valleys into isolated runways;
  
  
• use of multiple aircrafts as pilots see fit for the situations;
  
  
• incorporating night flights as the seasons change;
  
  
• incorporating fly-ins in different provinces along the way;
  
  
• covering points of interest as suggested by people;
  
  
• flying both VFR and IFR;
  
  
• covering up to two hundred miles per flight;
  
  
• more that one flight per week; and
  
  
• different leaders for some segments of the flights.

These are just a few thoughts that I would like to see and I’m sure there are many more out there, so don’t be shy, we’re not like governments, we want your opinions.
